Old farmhouse (180 square meters) finely renovated featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, a big separate kitchen with dining table, a big private garden with outdoor furniture. Access to the shared pool. 8 sleeps
The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big pool

Summary: Holiday houses are located on the hill near Capranica, with a nice view of the city. Swimming pool in the beautiful grove is available to have a rest. Attentive hostess. Recommended for tourists, who like to live close to nature with all city amenities. We had a good time in Capranica, Sutri, Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia and Rome. A lot of other cities, towns & other sights are accessible for sightseeing from this point: Viterbo, Vetralla, Tuscania, Tarquinia, Ronciglione, Caprarola, Soriano Nel Cimino, Bagnaia & villa Lante, Vitorchiano, Bomarzo & it's sacred forest, Orte & it's ancient underground, Nepi, Civita Castellana, Calcata Vecchia, Vico lake nature park, Bracciano lake, Bolsena lake etc.
